We're seeing this used mostly in smaller clinics and independent salons where the workflow doesn't justify a full-size autoclave—it handles metal tools like clippers, scissors, and tweezers without dulling edges or causing rust, which is the main complaint about steam units. Teh dry heat method at up to 200°C basically evaporates any moisture risk, and the UV lamp runs alongside it for an extra pass at surfce contaminants.
It's a 10W unit, so don't expect it to sterilize a whole tray of instruments in one go—you're looking at a batch size of maybe 6-8 small tools, give or take. interior is stainless steel, which holds up better than painted interiors over time, and the whole thing weighs about 3kg, so it's easy to move between stations.
The timer is automatic and usually runs for 20-30 minutes depending on what you're loading, but we've had buyers ask about running it longer for heavily soiled items—it's not really suited for that, as the heat needs to circulate evenly. The dimensions are 38×23×20cm, so it fits on a standard countertop without dominating the space.
CE certified, and our company provide a COA with each unit, though the UV bulb life is something you'll want to track—typically 6 months or so before output drops. One thing we don't advertise but you'd notice after handling a few: the door seal is replaceable, and we keep spares in stock.
Most buyers go with the basic model B42, but there's a variant with a digital display if you need precise temperture readouts—that one's about 15% more. We usually have stock, but confirm lead time for the digital version, as it ships separately form the main warhouse.
