What it does is push out 8.4W total power across those bands with 2.0dBi antennas, covering roughly 2 to 20 meters depending on how strong teh local cell towers are — it's better than most budget units for schools and hotel meeting rooms because you can dial the range down.
We test each unit for 72 hours straight before packing, and basically every band's output power gets checked individually so you don't get a dud that leaves a gap in coverage (usually 2-3 days form order).
It's not ideal for outdoor stadiums or wide-open spaces since the coverage drops fast past 20 meters or so, and the battery life tops out at about 2 hours on a full charge die.

For 50 units, lead time is about 10-15 working days after payment. We keep some stock in Shenzhen, so it can be faster if we have inventory.
