We've been moving these EVE 304Ah cells for a few years now, and the most common question is always about customization — can we do custom labeling, different packaging, or even adjust the terminal configuration for your specific busbar layout. The answer is yes, our company can handle pretty much any reasonable request on that front, but you'll need to give us a minimum order quantty of about 50 units or so for any non-standard changes.

Now, for the cell itself — it's a Grade A prismatic LiFePO4, nominal votage of 3.2V, and the capacity is 304Ah, which is basically the sweet spot for medium-to-large builds. The internal resistance is ≤0.5mΩ, and that's important because of that it means you won't lose much energy as heat during high-current draws — we've tested these at 1C continuous discharge and they stay cool, though the maximum discharge rate is 3C if you need a burst. Cycle life is rated at 4000 times, but honestly, if you keep the SOC between 10% and 90% like recommended, you'll probably see more cycles than that. One thing buyers don't always think to ask: the aluminum shell is pretty tough, but it can dent if you drop it on a corner, so handle with care.

Charging tempearture range is 0°C to 60°C, but discharging goes down to -30°C, so these are actually better for cold storage applictions than some other chemistries. The charging upper limit is 3.65V, and cut-off for discharging is 2.5V — don't push past either or you'll shorten the life, period.

Weight is about 5.5kg give or take 164g, and the dimensions are 208.8 by 173.6 by 72mm, so they're not small — you'll want to plan your enclosure spacing carefully. This isn't really suited for lightweight portable setups, like a backpack power bank, but for stationary storage or heavy equipment it's ideal. We usually have stock, but confirm lead time if you need more than 200 cells at once.

Anyway, the continuous charging current is 1C and maximum is 3C, so you can charge pretty fast if your BMS supports it, but we recommend sticking to 0.5C for longevity in most cases. Storage humidity below 95% is fine, but for long-term storage keep it between 0°C and 35°C — we've seen cells stored improperly lose capacity over a year.
Our MOQ is typically 50 cells, but we can discuss smaller trial orders for first-time buyers. Let us know your volume and we'll find a solution.
Standard lead time is about 15-20 working days after order confirmation, depending on stock. For larger custom orders, add 5-10 days for assembly.
Yes, we can supply UN38.3, MSDS, and CE certifications along with the original EVE factory test reports for each batch. Just request them with your order.
Absolutely, we can customize terminal types and busbar configurations to fit your battery pack design. Share your specs and we'll adapt the cell connections accordingly.
Store them in a dry place below 35°C with humidity under 95%, ideally at 50-60% SOC. For long-term storage, keep between 0°C and 35°C and avoid direct sunlight.
