Pricing tiers scale pretty aggressively depending on quantty — sample lots around 100 pieces hit about $1.45 a cell, mid-range like 1,000 units drops to $1.10 or so, and at 10k plus we're usually under a dollar each, basically makes it viable for where cost per watt-hour matters more than nickel-and-diming single units.
It's a 14500 lithium-ion at 3.2V nominal, 700mAh capacity, and you're looking at 19 grams for the whole cell with a 14.5×50mm envelope. Charging votage hits 4.20±0.03V with standard charge current set at 0.14A, and the NCM cathode chemistry gives decent energy density for the footprint. Cycle life is rated at 500 cycles minimum, but real-world tests with moderate discharge rates often push that higher — we've seen 600-plus in some handheld scanner application where they're not deep-cycled constantly.
Self-discharge stays under 3% per month which matters if you're stocking units or using them in backup memory systems where they sit idle. Operating range runs 0°C to 45°C so it's not suitable to cold storage logistics or outdoor gear exposed to freezing — that's a genuine limitation, you'll want something with a wider thermal window for those use cases. Storage temp is broader at -20°C to 45°C though, so it survives warehouse fine.
Every batch ships with CE and RoHS certs plus UN38.3 and MSDS documentation — compliance paperwork is baked into the price already, you're not paying extra for that. Flat top terminals come standard but they're customizable if your appliction needs tabs or something different, just specify with the order (usual turnaround 20 days or so). Teh 0.14A standdard charge is conservative but you can push it a bit with proper thermal management.
Our standard MOQ is 1000 units, but we can discuss smaller trial orders if you're just starting out.
Yes, we provide copies of ISO9001, CE, RoHS, UN38.3, and MSDS documents with every shipment, and we can email them in advance.
We can switch the terminal to button top or add solder tabs. Customization adds about 5-7 working days to our standard 15-day lead time.
This battery uses NCM cathode material rated at 3.2V nominal, which offers a flatter discharge curve for consistent performance in high-drain devices.
We default to blister packs or bulk trays, and we can print your brand or specs on the label. Just let us know your requirements.
