We compress the sisal fibers to about 35mm thick, which is what gives the board that self-healing snap when you pull the dart out, and it's a lot denser than the stuff you'd find in a cheap recreational set.

Diameters run from 25cm up to 45cm, but honestly most buyers go with either the 36cm for a standdard setup or the 45cm if they're running a tournament or a pub league—the smaller ones are better suited for kids or tight spaces, not serious play.

Custom colors and logos are pretty much the whole point here, we do silk screen, hot stamping, or laser engraving depending on what you're after, and the MOQ is 100 pieces (usually 2–4 weeks for production after you confirm the artwork). Also, we include a full QC report with every batch.

What it does is it holds up better than most paper-backed boards because teh sisal fibers are compressed tighter, so you don't get that fuzzy suface after a few hundred throws, and reinforced paper backing actually keeps it form warping in humid conditions—something we learned the hard way with earlier runs.

CE and ROHS compliance is standard, though. The packging is one board per bubble bag then carton packing, but our company can adjust that if your retail setup needs something flashier.
We offer four sizes: 25cm, 30cm, 36cm, and 45cm. You can pick the one that fits your space best.
The MOQ is 100 pieces, and production takes about 30 days after order confirmation. So expect delivery around 4-5 weeks from start.
Yes, our dartboards are CE and ROHS compliant. We also do a full inspection and provide a QC report with each order.
Absolutely. You can customize both the board color and your logo. We use silk screen, hot stamping, or laser engraving, depending on your preference.
Each board is wrapped in a bubble bag, then packed in a carton. That keeps them safe during transit.
