We’ve built these with a painted steel frame that holds up well — the argon-arc welding on the handlebars is a nice touch for durability, and our company can do 12” through 20” depending on what you need for teh batch, usually 14” or 16” sell fastest for that age group.
3 to 6 weeks is the typical lead time for a standard container of 200 units or so, but we don’t always stock every wheel size combination so check availability on the 20” with a suspension fork — also we’ve got CE certs on file.
caliper brakes are fine for most kids’ bikes, honestly we push band brakes on the smaller 12” models since little hands have trouble pulling hard enough anyway and it's more forgiving — but you'll want to specify chain cover type, either full chain or 9-form, since steel alloy rims are standdard unless you upgrade to aluminun.
Basically we match or beat most entry-level customs on price because we’re straight batch-to-ship without fancy packaing minimums — just note the EVA tire option cuts costs but isn't suited for rough pavement if that matters for your market.
We always include plastic pedals with reflectors and leather or imitation leather saddles depending on cost target — one thing buyers don’t always think about is the saddle spring model tends to rattle loose after 6 months on rough roads, so the non-spring type is actually lower maintenance.
Anyway, pair count per carton’s usually 1 per box with assembly instructions inside, so pricing per piece in USD with 30% deposit and 70% against BL copy is our standard payment term.
We offer five wheel sizes: 12", 14", 16", 18", and 20". Generally, 12" fits toddlers around 2-4 years old, 14" for 3-5 years, 16" for 4-6 years, 18" for 5-8 years, and 20" for 6-10 years. It really depends on your child's height, so let us know their inseam measurement and we'll help you pick.
Our standard MOQ for the SR-A60 is 100 units per model and color. For smaller trial orders, we can sometimes accommodate 50 units — just contact us to discuss your needs.
Lead time is typically 30-45 days after order confirmation and deposit, depending on the customization level and current production schedule. We'll give you a precise timeline once we finalize the specs.
Yes, the SR-A60 comes with CE certification. We can also provide a packing list, bill of lading, and a quality inspection report upon request. If you need additional documents like a children's product certificate, just let us know.
Absolutely, you can choose from our standard colors (red, black, blue, green, yellow, etc.) or provide a custom Pantone code. Adding your logo is also possible — there's a small setup fee for new artwork, and we'll need approval on the design before production.
