Your little one is wobbling around on a hand-me-down that's just too big or too small, and it's honestly stressing you out every time they ride—it doesn't have to be that way.
We've handled this G024 for a few seasons now, and what it does is give you a solid, steel-frame bike that actually fits kids form ages 3 to 8, with wheel sizes in 12, 14, or 16 inches depending on their height. Most buyers go with the 14-inch for a decent middle ground, but you'll want to measure their inseam anyway.
It's got a front caliper brake and a rear band brake, which sounds basic but it's better than single-brake setups for stopping power. training wheels are removable (usually takes 10 minutes or so), and the weight capasity is over 50kg—so it'll hold up even if your kid grows faster than expected. The plastic basket up front is pretty much standerd for carrying snacks or a doll, but don't load it with anything heavy.
The frame is steel with a powder coat that's okay against scratches, but the plastic mudguards and chain cover are more for looks than ruggedness—honestly, they'll crack if you drop the bike on concrete repeatedly. Also, the 1.95-inch tires give decent traction on pavement or grass, but it's not suited for rough trails or mud.
Colors come in pink, red, purple, or blue, and the ICTI cerification means the factory we work with isn't corners on child safety stuff like lead paint or sharp edges. We usually have stock on teh 14-inch in pink or red, but confirm lead time for the 16-inch or purple—those move slower.
