We’ve been working with this size and wood density for a while now, the 26x13x7.2cm carton holds about 50 units or so depending on how you pack them. Most buyers go with the 5-piece cube set for teh 3-8 year range because of that it’s enough to keep them busy without overwhelming the kid. It’s basically a stacking puzzle with a Chinese-style pattern printed on each face—pretty standard for this category.
The wood is solid enough, but it’s not like you’re getting teak or anything—it’s a lightweight poplar or pine composite, usually with a water-based coating. We’ve had a few clients ask about lead time, and we usually have stock, but confirm lead time for anything over 5000 units. The packing bag is a simple poly bag inside the carton, nothing fancy, but it keeps the pieces form scratching during transit.
You’ll want to check the COA for surface finish if you’re putting this in a retail enviroment, because the paint adhesion can vary between batches. We run HPLC on the coatings every 3 months or so, but we don’t test every single shipment unless you request it—that’s an extra cost. Anyway, tolerance on the cube edges is roughly ±0.5mm, which is better than some of the generic imports we’ve seen.
Actually, this isn’t great for heavy-duty classroom use where kids are throwing blocks around—the wood will dent if dropped from table height onto a hard floor. For home recreation or promotional giveaways, it’s fine, but don’t expect it to survive a daycare center for more than a few weeks. The Chinese style is a specific aesthetic, so if your target audience isn’t into that, you might want to ask about blank cubes for custom printing.
One thing a buyer might not think to ask: the cubes have a slight wood grain texture that can collect dust in the crevices over time, but it wipes clean with a damp cloth. We don’t offer a trademark on the packaging unless you’re ordering a full container, so it’s basically unbranded out of the box. The HS code is 9503006000 if you’re handling customs yourself.

That's the outer carton size for bulk shipping. Each puzzle block set comes in a packing bag inside that carton.
Absolutely. We can print your logo on the packing bag or add a custom hang tag. Minimum for custom print is usually 1000 sets.
