Many buyers sourcing wooden toys for the EU or UK hit a wall with lead times and documentation—customs hates guessing on certifications, and you don't want a container sitting at port for two weeks.
This double-deck carrier solves that with full EN71, CE, ASTM, and AS/NZS 8124.1:2016 paperwork already in hand, so we typically ship with COA, SDS, and a packing list that satisfies most import checks—customs stuff is basically handled if you give us the right HS code.
The basswood plywood construction holds up better than pine for active play, and we've found the 32×5.5×8 cm size fits small hands well, but it's not suited for kids under 3 years due to small parts—non-toxic water-based paint througout, and double deck lets them load cars onto the top tier (most buyers go with the natural wood look, but our company can do custom colors).
MOQ is 30 sets per CTN, which is pretty much standard for white box packaing, and 12503 sets fit a 20' container—lead time runs 35-45 days after sample approval (which takes 7-10 days usually), but check lead time if you're ordering during Q4 rush.
One thing you might not think to ask: teh gross weight is 26 kg per carton, so expect standerd freight costs for that range, and we'll engrave your logo on the side if you order 5000+ sets or so.
