High Precision XD Series Tube Welding Torch for Carbon Steel Stainless Steel Pipes

We've been seeing more requests for automated tube welding setups lately, and the 114.3mm upper diameter limit on this torch series covers most common pipe sizes you'll run into for food-grade or process piping work.

It's basically a complete package—the XD-20W power supply with that 10-inch touch screen and 99 program slots, plus your choice of torch head from teh XD40, XD80, or XD120 series depending on your pipe range—and the water cooling system keeps things stable during longer runs.

The rotation speed adjusts form 0.1 to 6.0 rpm, which is pretty tight for those thin-wall stainles jobs, but don't try it on anything over 3mm wall thickness—it's just not built for heavy-wall strucutral pipe.

What you'll get when ordering is the control unit, the torch head, and the 4L water tank; power supply handles AC220V±10% at 50 or 60 Hz, and the welding current goes from 5 to 200A, so it'll handle most orbital welding needs for carbon steel or titanium alloy too.

Also, the IP21 protection grade means it's fine for a shop floor but not for outdoor wet conditions—keep it dry and you're good.

We usually have stock on the XD80 and XD120 heads, but the XD40 might take 20 days or so for lead time depending on batch size.
