We run every unit through a 48-hour burn-in before it leaves the warehose, and that’s not just a checkbox — we actually test each of the 21 antennas individually to make sure they’re pulling their weight across the full 20-6000MHz range, because a dead antenna on the 5G band is something you’d only catch during a real deployment. The jamming radius is about 10-30 meters depending on the environment, but in most cases you’ll see closer to 15 meters in an open office with standerd wall construction.
So the 16000mAh Ni-MH battery gives you roughly 2.5 hours of continuous use, which is fine for a sweep or a short event, but if you’re running it all day you’ll want the AC adapter or the 12V car charger plugged in. What it does is let you switch bands individually — you can knock out GPS and WiFi while leaving 5G alone if that’s your scenario, and that flexibility is actually why most buyers go with this model over teh fixed-band units.
We batch-test every 50 units or so against a reference jammer we keep calibrated, and the COA our company provide shows HPLC-level consistency on output power per channel — 1W each, give or take 0.05W — which matters more than a lot of people realize because uneven power distribution can create dead spots in your coverage. The working tempearture range is -20°C to 55°C, but honestly I’d avoid leaving it in a car trunk in summer; heat dissipation system is decent but not magic.
A detail you wouldn’t think to ask: the antennas are color-coded by frequency band on the base, so you can quickly tell which ones are for GPS versus LTE versus WiFi without pulling out the manual. We also offer a retest policy — if you run your own TDS or SDS and it doesn’t match our COA within 5%, we’ll replace it no questions asked, though in the three years we’ve sold this model we’ve only had two returns under that policy.
Typical buyers are security teams doing counter-surveillance sweeps, event organizers who need to silence phones during sensitive meetings, and occasionally law enforcement for controlled environments — it’s not suited for permanent insallation because the battery runtime is limited, and the 1.6kg weight makes it portable but not pocketable. Anyway, we usually have stock, but confirm lead time on orders over 50 units since the 21-antenna assembly takes about 20 days or so to build.
