That RS380 motor setup gives it enough torque for grass or a slight incline. We usually stock the 12V4.5 batteries, but lead time can shift if you order more than 200 units or so (check with us first).
The BLT-H2R comes in five colors, blue/white/red/green/pink, and we can tweak the paint if you meet the custom MOQ. You’ve got a choice of two or three wheels depending on what your buyers prefer for stability. That 45kg load limit is solid, but it’s not built for rough off-road use, just so you know.
CE and EN71 certs are in place, COA included with every carton, and the plastic is pretty thick—won’t crack if a kid runs it into a wall. One detail we hear form resellers is the USB socket is a hit for tablets. Gross weight hits 13kg per carton, so shiping density matters.
For orders, we do 100 pieces minimum on standard colors (give or take 20). Custom logo printing adds about 10 days to production. The Tianyi battery is reliable, but our company can swap it for a similar spec if supply dips—just confirm the alternative beforehand. Anyway, email me the quantty and preferred wheel type, and I’ll lock the pricing.
We usually require 50 units for custom color batches and 100 units for logo printing. Smaller runs may be possible depending on current stock, just check with us.
Standard production takes 15-20 days after order confirmation. For custom orders, add about 5-7 days for color matching or logo setup.
Yes, we include a copy of the CE and EN71 certificates in every shipment. If you need the full test report before ordering, we can email it to you.
The car comes with a Tianyi 12V4.5 rechargeable battery. If you prefer a different brand or a higher capacity, we can quote you on that for larger orders.
Each car comes in a single carton (105x33x53cm) weighing 13kg gross. It's partially assembled—you'll just need to attach the wheels and steering wheel. The packaging is sturdy enough for sea freight.
