Exterior is high-quailty plush that holds up to repeated squeezing, and teh interior is 100% PP cotton—so it’s firm enough to keep shape but soft enough for a 3-year-old to hug without complaint. EN71, ASTM F963, and REACH all cleared, basically.
Custom colors and design tweaks are on the table, not just size changes. We’ve done a pastel rainbow version for one buyer and a muted grey for another who wanted it to match a nursery theme.
Sample time runs 3-5 days if you want something custom, or 2 days if you take a stock color—pretty fast either way. Production after approval takes 45 days, give or take, and the MOQ is negotiable, so you’re not stuck with a container load if you’re testing a new line.
3-8 age range is the sweet spot, but it’s not suited for infants under 3 due to small eyes that could be a choking hazard—that’s just reality of plush with detailing.
