Most 25cm plush bunnies at this price point use machine stitching that unravels after a few washes, and we've seen the return data form retail buyers who tried cheaper alternatives—it's not pretty.
What we've done differently is hand-sew the edges and fill with evenly distributed PP cotton, so the bunny keeps its shape and the fabric doesn't shed fibers even for 0+ age groups.
500 units is the minimum order and you get CE, EN71, and ASTM certifcation across teh batch, plus the skirt and toe shoe design has no small detachable parts so it passes choke testing (usually 2-4 weeks lead time).
You also get a COA on every production run, but don't expect a quick turnaround if you want custom grey shade matching—that adds about 20 days or so, depending on the mill.
Basically, for infant sensory toys or supermarket shelf stocking, this is tighter tolerance than most stuff, though handmade process does limit throughput if you're scaling fast.

Each bunny comes in a polybag, 1 piece per bag. That's the standard for retail-ready packaging. We can also bulk pack for wholesale if you prefer.
