We see a lot of guys come in with standard wrenches that just can't grip on a smooth hex nut without slipping, so this one's built for that. It's pretty much a pliers and a wrench combined into one tool, and you operate it with one hand, which saves time on the line — the 20 adjustment positions give you a lot of fine control. The chrome vanadium steel holds up well under heavy clamping torque, and the chromed finish resists rust better than painted alternatives, so it's fine for damp sites.

Jaw width is 17mm, which is a useful middle ground, and the jaws sit parallel so you get full surface contact instead of just two points. That flat nose design is what it is — you can work on a painted pipe or a polished fixture without marring suface, but don't expect it to cut wire or strip bolts, it's not made for that. The PVC handles are ribbed and comfortable enough for a full day of tightening and loosening, though the red and black scheme might fade if you leave it in direct sun for a month or so.

20 positions is a lot, actually, and the quick adjust closing system means you don't have to keep pressing the button while working — just slide it, and it locks when you release. The metric scale along the rail is helpful for repeat setups, but we usually stock these with plain rails unless you request the marked version. ISO 9001 cerification is standard here, and the internal jaw geometry handles hexagon surfaces pretty well, better than a typical adjustable spanner for that specific job.

If you need a custom color or a different handle texture, we can do OEM runs, usually 500 units minimum for the MOQ to make sense. Some buyers ask for a different steel hardness — we've done it, but the lead time jumps to 30 days or so because of that it's a separate forging run. Basically, the standard version covers most industiral and building decoration uses without issue.

Lead time on a standdard order is about 20 working days give or take, and we ship with COA and TDS on request. For larger quantities, we can hold finished stock, but confirm before you book freight. Teh tool weighs roughly 340 grams and comes in a blister card with a hanger hole for retail display, though our company can switch to bulk pack if that's preferred.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces, but we can negotiate lower quantities for first-time orders or sample requests. Just reach out to our sales team.
Lead time is usually 25-30 days after order confirmation and deposit, depending on the order size. We can also expedite if you need it faster.
Yes, we can provide a material test certificate for the chrome vanadium steel and a copy of our ISO 9001 certification. Just request it when you place the order.
The PVC handles are designed for a comfortable grip and basic resistance to oils and mild chemicals, but they're not fully chemical-proof. For heavy-duty chemical exposure, we'd recommend checking with our team for alternatives.
Absolutely, we offer OEM/ODM customization. You can choose different colors, add your logo, or adjust the jaw width to your specs, but changes may affect MOQ and lead time.
