Every single unit goes through 3 separate 8-hour burn-in cycles before it leaves our floor—that's 24 hours of continuous operation at full power to catch any thermal drift or component failure, and we've been doing this for the past 3 years across all batches. 40m adjustable radius is what we've consistently measured in open field tests, but in a conference center with concrete walls you'll get about 25-30m realistically, and we note that on the COA.
What it basically does is sweep the full mobile 5G/4G/3G/2G bands plus WiFi 2.4G/5G, GPS L1-L5, UHF/VHF, LoJack, RC 433/315/868, Lora, FM Radio, and WiFi 6e in one box, which is pretty much everything used for unauthorized signal interference you'd run into. 32 antennas on a 690x235x58mm frame at 6.4kg—it's not a small unit, so check your shipping box dimnesions before you finalize.
We test each batch against a reference unit we keep under calibration—typically 10 units per 100-unit run get full HPLC and spectrum analysis, and the rest get a pass/fail on output power across all bands. If a unit fails on any band we pull the entire batch for re-test, though that's happened maybe twice in two years (usually just a loose connector). You'll get the CE test report and customs clearance docs with every order, no extra admin fees.
Lead time is roughly 20 days or so from order to dispatch, but if you need urgent shipment we can do a partial from our stock of about 50 units or so—just confirm before ordering because we sometimes have a backlog during farm season. MOQ is 1 unit for sample, 5 for bulk, and OEM branding is included in the price for orders over 20 units.
One thing most buyers don't think to ask: the unit is calibrated to avoid interfering with normal agricultural drone control signals outside set jamming zone—we've tested it at actual farms with DJI and Parrot drones running at 2.4GHz, and it doesn't touch them when you set the radius right. But it's not suited for indoor residential use, the output power is too high for that enviornment, and we don't recommend using it near hospitals or schools.
Anyway, for cross-border procurement we include a full TDS and MSDS with every shipment, and we've kept all compliance records on file for the past 3 years so you can submit them to local safety regulation teams when teh goods arrive. Our retest policy is straightforward: if it fails within 14 days of receipt we replace it at our cost, no questions asked.
We can start OEM orders from 50 units. If you need custom packaging or logos, just let us know the details and we'll handle the rest.
For 100 units, lead time is usually 15-20 working days after order confirmation and payment. If you need it faster, we can check our stock.

Yes, the radius is adjustable from 0 to 40 meters, and you can set it to 20 meters precisely. Each frequency band is controlled independently, so adjusting one won't affect the others.
Each unit comes in a paper box with foam inserts for protection. For bulk orders, we pack multiple boxes into a larger carton. You can also request custom packaging if needed.
