We’ve been shipping these beer bottle plush toys to EU and UK buyers for a while now, and the fabric holds up better than most for dogs over 15kg—the squeaker is inside the PP cotton stuffing, not just glued in. The 10-inch height (25cm) works well for medium-large breeds, pretty much exactly what they love to gnaw on.
Compliance is straightforward for US and UK markets since we’ve got CE, ASTM, and RoHS certification—your customs clearance usually goes smoothly with COA and SDS our company provide. The MOQ is 500 pieces, though we can do a sample for 5-7 working days if you need to test the squeaker sound and stitch strength first. Production lead time runs 30-60 days after sample approval, give or take, depending on your logo embroidery or printing specs.
One thing we don’t recommend is using this for small breeds under 10kg—the size and squeaker tension are better suited for stronger jaws, and smaller dogs might struggle. We’ve had a few buyers in the US ask about custom colors, and those are avaliable, but the lead time might stretch a bit.
You’ll get a plastic bag plus carton box per unit as standerd packaing, and our company can adjust the outer carton dimnesions for container loading if you’re ordering a full pallet or more. Actually, most clients go with the 500-piece MOQ first to check the import paperwork—usually just the commerical invoice and packing list are needed, but we also include the inspection report.
15kg is the recommended low end, but we’ve seen labs and retrievers really put it through the wringer—the 3mm sponge lining and velboa fabric handle it well. It’s basically built for chewing, not for fetching, so don’t expect it to float in water or anything like that.
