Each bottle holds 30 servings, with 500mg of NAD+ per 2-capsule serving, plus 250mg of trans-resveratrol, 150mg of vitamin B3, and 100mg of TMG, and the trans-resveratrol is better than standard resveratrol for bioavailability in most cases.
