real headache with this analog is getting consistent supply for metabolic studies when most suppliers can't guarantee the purity across batches or ship reliably to the UK without customs holdups, and we've had projects stalled for months because of that.
So what we've done is basically locked in a production run with a contract manufacurer who runs every batch through HPLC and keeps single impurity at ≤1.0% or lower, and they ship with full COAs and TDS so our lab can verify before it even leaves the warhouse.
It's a white powder, peptide content runs about 80.0% or higher depending on the lot, moisture content is usually under 10% but I've seen it hit 8.2% on the last batch we tested ourselves, and the molecular weight is 4731.33 g/mol — which is pretty standard for this class of GLP-1 analog.
For US and EU orders we've got stock in a bonded facility near Frankfurt, so lead time is typically 10 days or so, but UK shipments need a quick customs check because of the peptide content rules, though we include the SDS and import docs to smooth it out.
One thing you'll want to know is that storage is strictly 2-8°C, and if it sits at room temp for more than 48 hours the purity starts to drift, so we ship with cold packs and a tempearture logger in the box.
Anyway, this isn't really suited for in vivo work unless you've got your own purification step, but for binding assays and cell-based receptor studies it's tighter tolerance than what most reagent-grade suppliers offer.
