We see a lot of buyers putting these up around school perimeters or public parks where they need something that actually stops someone from climbing over — the 4x4 mesh pattern (12.7x76.2mm) is too small for toeholds, and that's the whole point.
It's made from low carbon steel wire, usually 3mm to 4mm thick, and every single intersection is fully welded, so there's no weak spot where a wire could pop loose under pressrue; the panels themselves are 1.8 meters tall by 2.4 meters wide, and the posts are a solid 60x60mm square tube with a powder-coated finish over the galvanized layer — you can pick form the RAL color range if you want something other than the standdard dark green or black.
The bolt-on system is pretty straightforward, but you'll need a second person to hold the panel upright while you get the clamps on, and honestly, this isn't what you'd use for a small backyard garden — it's overkill for a 10-meter run, and the anti-climb feature means it looks a bit industiral, so it's better suited for larger residential areas or commercail sites where security is main concern.
Each panel comes wrapped in plastic film and strapped to a metal pallet, and we ship about 8,000 sets a month, so lead time is usually 20 days or so — just confirm the color and quantity before we lock in the order.
We can produce as few as 50 sets, but our standard MOQ for custom colors is 200 sets. For stock RAL colors, we can do smaller batches.
Lead time is about 15–20 working days after order confirmation and deposit. We produce 8000 sets per month, so 500 sets moves quickly.
