We're seeing 99% or better with HPLC, and it's a white to off-white powder that handles well in formulation—most buyers go with the 10g or 25g vials for anti-aging capsules.
It's not for topical creams unless you're okay with water solubility and a short shelf life once reconstituted; basically, keep it dry at 2-8°C or you'll lose potency within 24 months.
