We're seeing a lot of interest in teh 600W and 800W versions right now—they handle the thicker steel cuts noticeably better than the lower wattage options, but for general woodworking the 350W is perfectly adequate and actually a bit lighter to handle.
It's got a variable speed trigger that goes from 0 to 3000rpm, so you can dial it down for metal or really let it rip through pine, and the 17mm stroke length clears chips fast enough to avoid burning the wood on tighter curves.
bevel cuts form -45° to 45° without needing a separate tool to adjust, which saves time, and the steel base plate is solid enough that it won't flex on you during those long angled passes through 2x4s.
MOQ is 50 units or so for the custom colors, but we usually have stock in black or orange for the 500W and 650W models—lead time is about 30 days from order confirmation, though our company can push that to 20 days if you're flexible on color.
All units get 100% inspection before shippng, so the CE/GS/EMC/ROHS certs are per batch, not just per design, and the 2m VDE cable is actually long enough to reach the next outlet without an extension cord.
it come with one wood blade and a hex key for changing blades, but most buyers go with the T-shank blades separately for metal work—the 6mm max on steel is fine for sheet metal, but don't try it on angle iron or you'll burn the motor.
Yes, you can mix different wattages in one order — 350W, 400W, up to 800W. No problem at all. Just let us know the quantities per model.
GS certification covers the full 350W to 800W range, not just one model. Same goes for CE, EMC, and ROHS — all are valid across the line.
That 6mm is for mild steel. For stainless steel, you'll get about 3-4mm depending on the blade. We recommend using a quality T-shank blade for best results.
Custom color minimum is 500 units per color. We can do a 100-unit trial batch in standard colors, but for custom colors we need at least 500 to make the paint line setup worth it.
All models — from 350W to 800W — come with the same 2m VDE certified cable. No downgrade on lower wattage units.
