Most buyers go with the 4mm or 5mm diameter for general ENT work, but the 2.7mm is actually better for pediatric cases or tighter nasal passages—it's a detail a lot of people don't think to ask about until they're already in the middle of a procedure, and we usually have those in stock, but confirm lead time for the less common angles like 110°.
