We can do pretty much any combination of diameter and viewing angle you're looking for—2.7mm up to 10mm, 0° through 110°, and working lengths form 45mm up to 185mm, so just send over your RFQ with exact specs and we'll confirm pricing and lead time (usually 2-4 weeks for custom builds).
It's autoclavable and made from German stainles steel with sapphire lens covers, which holds up better than standard glass in my experience—scratch resistance is noticeably better than some other rigid scopes we've moved.
What it does is give you a reusable, Class II instrument compatble with Olympus and Wolf systems, but keep in mind the 10mm diameter versions are pretty much limited to laparoscopy, not all urology or ENT applictions where the 4mm is more common.
CAD shall also note what your MOQ is, because we can definitely do OEM/ODM with your branding and packaging, though 50 units or so is typical for a first custom batch before we dial in the marking. Each unit ships with a COA from our ISO13485 line—just confirm if you need HPLC or just standard documentation.
Anyway, one thing buyers often miss is that the 30° and 45° angles are our fastest movers for most scopes, but 70° sees occasional demand for specific sinus work—we usually have some stock, but confirm lead time if you're under two weeks.

We can supply a certificate of origin and material certificates for the German stainless steel and optical glass upon request. Just mention it in your order notes.
Our standard compatibility is with Olympus and Wolf, but we can customize the eyepiece or light post connector for other brands if you provide the specs. Just confirm before production.
