The standard is 60x30mm but we can tweak that within reason, and the weight runs roughly 15 to 30 grams depending on whether you go with zinc alloy or stainless steel — the die-cast zinc gives you sharper detail for small logos while the steel is tougher if they're going to actually use it as a keychain tool, and suface treatment can be electroplated in gold or silver or even that antique bronze that looks really nice for a vintage-themed brand.
Most buyers go with the car shape for automotive clients obviously, but we've also done them for real estate agencies and breweries — the bottle opener function works fine for twist-offs and pry-off caps both, though I'll be honest the thin edges on some custom shapes can bend if someone really torques it on a stubborn bottle, so for heavy-duty use you'd want the thicker 2mm stock.
5,000 units or so is our typical MOQ for custom plating but our company can do smaller runs in a single finish if you're testing teh waters.
You'll want to budget 20 working days or so from artwork approval to delivery, and we ship with the COA and packaing options from simple poly bags up to a nice gift box with your logo embossed.
