Most buyers go with the 45-piece MOQ, but our company can do 2100 pieces for a 20GP container or 4200 for a 40GP—5000 if you’re using a 40HQ. The card packging is decent, but it’s not the most durable for shiping, so you’ll want to double-check the carton dimnesions (73.00 x 39.50 x 43.00 cm) before finalizing. We usually have stock, but confirm lead time on larger orders.
It’s got all the safety certs—EN71, EN62115, ROHS, EMC, N6P, ASTM, CE—so you’re covered for most markets, though it’s not really suited for kids under 3 because of small parts. The blue color is bright, and the logo printing is full-color, but we don’t offer custom colors on this model since it’s non-custmized. One thing buyers don’t always ask: teh batteries are a pain to replace if the screw is too tight, so we include a small tool in the package.
Anyway, the light and sound effects are powered by those 3 AAs, and they’re interactive—press the stove button, it lights up and makes a boiling sound. It’s better than a basic plastic set for learning because the feedback keeps kids engaged. We’ve seen it used in daycare centers and at home, mostly for kids aged 3-8, but honestly, some 9-year-olds still enjoy it.
