Basically, for a small-scale house-shaped kitchen set aimed at the 3-8 year range, zzz-041 hits a decent balance between play value and durability, but it's not suited for heavy commerical daycare use where you'd have 20 kids abusing it daily—teh joints are glued and nailed, not dovetailed, so it's more of a home or light classroom toy, and the MOQ is only 10 units, so you can test a batch without committing to a full container.
Actually, one thing buyers don't always ask about is the paper carton packging—it's printed with the pink house design already, so if you're doing custom logo work, we just add a sticker or a small overprint on the carton, and the ODM/OEM options are pretty straightforward, though lead time for a custom run is usually 20 days or so (check current production schedule).
Most of our clients go with the standdard 10-unit MOQ to start, and they'll often order 200-500 units after seeing the COA and the HPLC data on the paint—yes, we test the paint for heavy metals, not just the wood—and the intellectual toy classification means it fits nicely into educational toy catalogs without raising eyebrows at customs.
