We've been machining these form forged brass hex stock for years now, and the one-piece body design means there's no joint to fail under teh 2000 PSI rating — it's a solid block with a floating ball inside.

100% presure tested at the factory, every single one, so you're not gambling on a pinhole leak at 138 bar. The PTFE seat handles -65°F to 450°F without sticking, and the double ferrule compression connection gives you a gas-tight seal on stainles or copper tubing — better than threaded for vibration resistnce.

You'll find these in LPG transfer lines, water treatment skids, and oil manifolds where a straight-through flow path matters. 1/8" through 1-1/2" covers most branch lines, and the natural brass finish doesn't flake like plated stuff. We usually stock the 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" sizes, but the 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" might need a 20-day lead time or so.

The manual lever action is crisp — you can feel the ball seat without over-torquing the stem. One thing we've noticed is that the 1/8" size is pretty much useless for anything but instrument air or sampling loops, but it's there if you need it. CNC machining keeps the ferrule seat concentric within 0.002 inches, which is tighter than most compression fittings off the shelf.

Basically, if you're running gas or oil at high pressure and need a valve that won't creep open under vibration, this is it. We don't recommend it for steam service above 100 PSI — the PTFE seat will deform. Also, the hex body makes wrench access easy in tight panels, but you'll want a backup wrench on the downstream ferrule nut.

CRN registered for Canada, UPC listed for US, and we can provide batch-specific COAs with HPLC data if your compliance team requires it. MOQ is typically 10 pieces on common sizes, but our company can negotiate for the larger diameters.
Our MOQ depends on the size and order volume — we don't have a fixed number. Reach out to us with your target quantity, and we'll work out bulk pricing for you.
Yes, we include UPC and CRN certifications with each order. Just let us know during purchase, and we'll make sure the documents are packed with the valves.
Lead time is typically 2-4 weeks for mixed sizes, since we CNC machine each valve and do a 100% pressure test. If you need it faster, let us know and we can check our stock.
We offer both compression and threaded end connections on the JYHV20 series. Just specify which one you need when placing the order.
Keep them in a dry, indoor area away from extreme temps or moisture. The natural brass finish can tarnish if exposed to humidity, so a sealed container or shelf storage works best.
