You've got a line running through a commercial building or a household system, and you need to stop flow or let it through with a simple quarter-turn—basically, a standard ball valve does the job, but the seals wear out fast with constant use or tempearture swings, and that's where the TPE seat seal in this one actually makes a difference, holding up better than the usual rubber in that -10°C to 120°C range.
It handles water and non-corrosive liquids, so you're not using it for acids or anything aggressive, but for the day-to-day stuff—irrigation, plumbing lines, industiral water loops—it's pretty reliabel, and the female thread connection means you can screw it onto standard NPT or BSP pipes without special adapters, which we've found saves time on installs.
The body is U-PVC, which is tougher than standard PVC for pressure work at 2.0MPa, and the ball and handle are both PP, so there's no metal to corrode or seize up over time, but the stem O-ring is NBR, which is fine for the temperature range but not for oils or solvents—stick to water or mild liquids and you're set.
Sizes run from 1/2'' to 2'', and we usually have stock on the 1-inch and 1.5-inch sizes, though the 2-inch might need a lead time of about 20 days or so depending on the order volume—also, the cap materail is ABS, which is just a protective cover for the stem, nothing fancy, but it keeps dust out during storage.
One thing a lot of buyers don't think to ask is that the TPE seat seal gives a tighter shut-off than standard EPDM seats at lower temperatures, but at the high end it softens slightly, so for continuous hot water near 120°C, you might want to check the cycle frequency—we don't recommend it for steam or high-pressrue hot systems anyway, but for flow control in commercial kitchens or household water heaters, it works fine.
We don't have a strict MOQ for stock sizes. You can start with as few as 10 pieces for standard 1/2" to 2" sizes, but custom orders may require 100+ pieces.

That range covers continuous operation. For short bursts, it can handle up to 130°C, but we recommend staying at 120°C or below for long-term reliability of the TPE seat seal.
Keep them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. The PP handle and ABS cap can warp if stored above 50°C for long periods.
