Basically, most professionel kitchens and commercial cleaning crews go with teh 30g or 40g for heavy grease and grime, while the 20g works fine for light daily maintenance on ceramic or glass; it's not ideal for abrasive stainless steel sinks if you're worried about micro-scratches, but for everyday soap scum and burnt-on food it outperforms scouring pads.
We pack each ball individually in OPP bags, so no contamination or tangling during shipping, and for US/EU/UK buyers we've got all basic import docs ready — COA, packing list, commercial invoice — though lead times are usually 20 days or so for custom orders (check before you schedule).
