You’ve probably seen kids lose interest fast with static blocks—they stack, they fall, and that’s it, so what we’ve done here is add a magnetic racing track element that keeps them engaged longer, basically turning building into a cause-and-effect game where the ball actually runs through whatever they create.
The whole set uses strong neodymium magnets embedded in ABS plastic, which is a lot tougher than the cheap stuff, and we’ve tested the pull force so the pieces hold together even when you’re building those taller 3D structures that usually collapse—it’s pretty much same approach we use for our industiral magnetic assemblies, just scaled down for little hands.
Each color box measures 47 x 34 x 8.5 cm, and we ship 8 pieces per carton, which gives you a gross weight of 23 kg and a net of 21.5 kg, so you’re looking at about 1.5 kg per unit give or take, and the carton dimnesions are 49 x 37 x 73 cm with a CBM of 0.132—that’s a decent fit for standard pallet loads.
Anyway, the magnets are strong enough for the track function, but you wouldn’t want to use these for heavy structrual building like a full-scale model, they’re really aimed at the 3+ age group for learning spatial reasoning and motor skills, and we usually have stock on the KSL746781, but confirm lead time if you need over 500 cartons or so.
our company can do custom color splits in the multicolor range and add your logo on teh box or even the blocks themselves, though the MOQ for OEM is typically 1000 cartons—just send us your artwork and we’ll handle the rest, and we’ll provide a COA with each shipment showing ASTM F963-96a and EN71 compliance, which most buyers want for retail distribution.
For ordering, we work on a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment, and we’ll send you photos of the actual production run before we pack—one thing buyers don’t always think to ask is that the magnets are fully enclosed so there’s no risk of them popping out, which is a common issue with cheaper magnetic toys we’ve seen.
Our standard MOQ is one carton, which holds 8 pieces. But we can negotiate smaller trial orders if you're just starting out.
For custom OEM orders, lead time is usually around 25-30 days after sample approval and deposit. Stock orders can ship in 7-10 days.
