There is a practical limit on how small you can go with the pattern details on a 0.55mm tarpaulin—fine lines and complex character faces can blur during the heat-sealing process, so we usually recommend larger, bolder graphics for the Frozen theme to keep it crisp. But that actually works in your favor because the kids still recognize Elsa and Anna from 10 meters away, and the thicker matrial means you aren't patching pinprick holes every season.

The double-stitched seams and reinforced corners are what keep it from splitting under the 300kg load when you've got a half-dozen 8-year-olds bouncing simultaneously—we've tested this at -30°C and the PVC stays flexible enough to not crack, though you'll want to let it warm up slowly if it's been sitting in freezing storage overnight. So the 2-year manufacturing defects, not abuse, but realistically we see these lasting 4-5 seasons in commercial rotation before the print starts fading.

It's pretty much ready to go out of the box with the CE-certified blower included and a repair kit for the inevitable small punctures—MOQ is literally one piece, so you can test the market before committing to a bulk order. The 15-20 day lead time is typical, but if you need custom printing with a specific color code (say, that exact icy blue from the movie), add another week or so for color match approval.

Weight capacty of 300kg sounds generous—and it is—but we don't recommend keeping older kids (12+) on it with toddlers at the same time because the bounce differential can knock the little ones over. The 0.55mm thickness is actually overkill for backyard-only use, but for amusement parks or event rentals where it's getting inflated and deflated weekly, it holds up better than the 0.45mm stuff most importers push.

One detail buyers don't usually think about: the blower that ships with it is 110V or 220V depending on your region, but we don't include a plug adapter—you'll need to handle that locally or request the correct plug during order placement. Size customiztion is straightforward though, you can go from a compact 3m x 3m footprint up to whatever your venue's door width allows, and we adjust the seam placement accordingly so the strucutral integrity stays even.
