For a 5x5x6 meter inflatable, the 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin is actually a solid choice — we've seen cheaper units use 0.4mm and they don't survive a full season in outdoor rental. Lead time runs about 25 days or so for a custom color, but if you take stock colors we can ship faster. CE cert comes with every unit, and we include EN14960 documentation too; Australian standard test reports are available upon request.
Payment is typically 30% deposit with teh balance before shipment, but our company can negotiate T/T terms for regular buyers ordering 10 units or more. The MOQ being 1pc is real — we don't force you to overstock just to test the waters. We usually have stock of the standdard white-and-black penguin design, but custom branding adds roughly 10 days to production.
It's not suited for very rough outdoor use in high winds — blower isn't included, so you'll need a 1HP continuous-duty unit that we can source for you at cost. Most buyers go with the 5*5*6m size for indoor play centers because of that it fits right into a standard 25x25ft room without hitting sprinklers or low ceilings. The double-stitched seams are better for commercial rentals than single-stitch units you see at fairs.
