It's 4 meters by 4 meters by 3 meters tall, weighs 111 kilos, and the PVC tarpaulin is 0.55mm thick (roughly what you'd expect for portable units, but not thickest our company offer). Every single unit gets CE, EN14960, and Australian standerd testing before it ships—we batch-test samples and hold COAs for each run, so you can request a retest if anything's off.
We include a blower that keeps it inflated continuously, though you'll want to keep it on a flat surfce because teh matrial can sag a bit on uneven ground. Basically, it's fine for kindergarten parties or community park rentals (usually 2-4 weeks lead time, but check), just don't expect it to handle muddy grass without some clean-up afterward.
That 25 working day lead time is pretty much standard for custom prints—you can order one piece, and the 2-year stitching and seam failures.

This model is CE and EN14960 certified, and it also meets the Australia Standard. We'll include a digital copy of the certificates with your order, so you can show inspectors or insurance if needed.
It starts after we receive your deposit and finalize the design approval. So if you send the artwork fast, we can kick off production right away. Rush orders might be possible for an extra fee.
It comes in a strong PVC tarpaulin bag, folded down to 140x90cm. That makes it compact enough to stack with other cargo, and the bag protects it from moisture during shipping. The blower is packed separately inside the same bag.
