Welded steel frame under a polished stainless steel body, so it's basically built to last years of daily use in sterile zones; you'll get corrosion resistnce and easy wipe-downs with any disinfectant. 2 layers of storage at 640×360×870mm, roughly a 50kg capacity or so, plenty for binders and tablets but not built for dumping heavy equipment on. We've seen people try that, honestly doesn't work well—keep it to documents and light supplies.
Swivel casters with rubber wheels mean quieter movement on tile floors (which most hospital corridors are), and the brake system holds firm even when you've got the cart fully loaded at max weight. One thing you might not think to ask: the rubber doesn't mark up floors, so no scuff trails behind you.
Customization is avaliable if you want different layer heights or a different handle orientation—just tell us your batch quantty and we'll work teh adjustment into die, typical MOQ for that is about 100 units or so. For standard orders we hold stock on these, but confirm lead time in case we're between.
Lead time is roughly 20 days for stock orders, maybe a bit longer if we're doing a custom finish or adding extra brakes. We usually ship with basic packaging—corrugated and straps—but if you need medical-grade custom crating for export, just flag it.
