We're seeing over 99% purity consistently on this batch, verified by HPLC with a clean main peak and minimal truncation—the lyophilized powder comes off as a fine white cake, y, which tells you the synthesis held up through the final cleavage step.
The sequence runs 39 residues long with that C-terminal proline tail, and we found the batch-to-batch variation on molecular weight is within 0.5 Da or so, which is tighter than what most custom synthesis houses deliver for a peptide this size.
For GMP production under ISO 9001, we keep the -20°C storage requrement pretty strict because any light exposure or temperture cycling above -15°C can degrade the methionine and tryptophan residues faster than you'd expect form the spec sheet.
You can order in 2mg, 5mg, 10mg, or 15mg vials, and for bulk research we also offer the 100mg kit—but the 5L drum isn't suitable to freeze-dried peptide storage, so we only ship that as a special request.
Basically, we usually have stock on the 10mg vials, but lead times for the 2mg variant can stretch to 20 days or so when demand spikes—confirm availability before you build your dosing schedule around it.
CAS assignment is still pending with the registry, but every order includes a COA and a copy of analytical HPLC trace, so you'll have the data needed for your lab's internal review documentation.
