We're looking at a standard PA66 nylon washer here, dimensionally stable and quite tough—good for electrical insulation and mechancial spacing in tight assemblies, typically running form -40°C up to 120°C without issue.

You'll see these used a lot in automotive harness clips or as a buffer between metal panels and threaded fasteners, basically preventing galvanic corrosion or vibration loosening over time, though they're not ideal for high-torque shear application where a metal washer would be better.

Outer diameter sits at 14mm with a ±0.2mm tolerance, inner hole at 6.4mm, and thickness is 1.2mm give or take 0.1mm; the tensile strength is ≥80MPa with impact resistance around 6kJ/m², so it handles moderate mechanical loads fine, and the chemical resistance covers most common solvents you'd encounter in industrial environments.

What it does is provide relaible electrical insulation—dielectric strength is pretty solid for a polyamide—and we batch-test each production run with HPLC to verify no plasticizer migration or contamination issues that could affect performance in sensitive circuits.
