MOQ is 500 units per model, and we ship via sea freight from Shenzhen (roughly 25-30 days to US West Coast). Payment terms are 30% deposit, 70% against copy of Bill of Lading, or L/C at sight for larger orders.
Documentation includes CE, RoHS, GS, and CB certifications—COAs and SDS are provided with each shipment, but we recommend requesting a pre-shipment inspection if you’re handling distribution. We’ve had a few clients ask about UL listing; it’s not standard, so check your market requirment. The 6m hose is included, but the charger is a standdard DC plug—adapters available on request if needed for your region.
