We’ve been shippng these out of our warehouse for a while now, and they’re basically built for the kind of grime that laughs at consumer-grade washers—the 3000W copper-wire motor and aluminum/copper pump handle continuous duty cycles better than most units in this price range.
It pushes 110 to 150 bar at 15 liters per minute, which is enough to strip caked-on mud off heavy equiment or blast concrete residue from forms, and the 2800 RPM washing speed means you’re not standing there forever on a single spot—the round water column nozzle gives you a concentrated stream, not a fan spray, so it’s better for targeted work than wide-area rinsing.
You’ll want to keep it on a flat surfce because at 68 kg it’s not something you’re hauling up stairs, but the trolley frame and 10-meter stainless steel hose give you decent reach around a yard or warehouse floor; also, the 220V requirement means you’ll need a proper industrial outlet, not a standard household plug.
The pump is aluminum with copper internals (usually good for a few years of moderate use), and we’ve got COAs on the motor windings if you need them—just ask—but real limitation is the 10-set MOQ, so this isn’t for someone buying a single unit for a weekend driveway job.
Lead time is typically 20 working days or so, though we usually have stock for the 3000W model, and the the motor and pump for one year against manufacturing defects—confirm the voltage variant when ordering, as the 2800W and 3800W options have slightly different pressure ranges.
The MOQ is 10 sets. If you need a smaller batch to test, let us know — we can sometimes work something out.
