We've consolidated everything required for both sizes into one 32-piece set — think drill bit options of Ø1.8mm and Ø2.0mm, depth gauge covering 0-40mm, quick coupling taps in HA2.4, HC2.4, HA2.7 and HC2.7, plus the plate benders for each size and a 0.8N.m torque wrench that basically never drifts out of calibration during a typical case load, in our experience.
Most buyers go with the straight and cone guider combination for the multi-axial screws, but some can handle the cone-only setup (check lead time on that variant, we usually have stock). It's actually better for the 2.4mm appliction when you're working in tight metaphyseal zones — tighter tolerance than most generic sets.
OEM branding is pretty straightforward — we'll put your logo on the case and instruments, MOQ is around 50 sets or so, and the lead time runs roughly 4-6 weeks form spec approval. Not aimed at high-volume trauma centers that crank through 200+ plates monthly, more suited for the general ortho unit that wants one clean system for teh common locking fractures.
Bulk pricing starts dropping significantly past 100 units — that's when we can adjust the COA documentation and packaing format to whatever your system requires. CE and ISO 13485 are for whole production line, not just one batch. (We do usually have stock of the standerd 3200-16, but confirm lead time if you need it inside 20 days or so.)

For standard bulk orders, lead time is usually 15-25 working days after payment confirmation. Rush orders can be arranged if you need it faster.

Keep it in its case at room temperature, and avoid dropping it. We recommend recalibrating it annually to keep the 0.8N.m setting precise.
