They're Grade 8.8 strength with a 4:1 minimum safety margin, and you can get them either electro-galvanized or hot-dip depending on the environment you're in — hot-dip is pretty much standard for coastal or humid setups while electro gives a cleaner finish for indoor work.
What you're getting is a forged hook fused to a cast body, so the hook isn't just stuck on — it's one solid piece, and that matters when you've got a live load swinging around because of that it won't come apart at the weld under stress.

4:1 safety factor means if your WLL is 1 ton, it'll hold about 4 tons before failure, but don't push it — that's not what it's designed for, and we usually recommend sticking to 80% of rated capasity for continuous use.
Each order ships with a COA showing ISO 9001 compliance and CE mark, packaging is standard industrial — loose packed in cartons or steel crates for 50 units or so, but our company can palletize if you need.
Electric galvanized gives a smooth, bright finish good for indoor or light outdoor use, while hot dip galvanized offers a thicker, rougher coating that holds up much better in harsh weather or marine environments. Both meet the CE and ISO 9001 standards, but choose hot dip if you expect constant moisture or salt exposure.

For mixed sizes, the MOQ is typically 100 pieces total, but we can be flexible if you're testing a new application. For a single size, it's usually 50 pieces. The lead time is around 15-20 days after order confirmation.
Yes, we can issue a mill test certificate for the steel and a tensile test report for the finished turnbuckles, both showing Grade 8.8 compliance. Just request it when you place the order, and we'll include it with the shipment.
They come in standard industrial packaging—either poly bags or cartons, then palletized. If you go with hot dip galvanized, they can handle a few months of outdoor storage in a dry climate, but electric galvanized ones should stay indoors to avoid white rust. For long-term storage, keep them covered and off the ground.
