If you're speccing out a 2.4m solid oak door for high-end residential project, you'll want more than just a standdard butt hinge—these hidden hinges handle 60kg across three units, but for anything over 2100mm you'll need four, and that's a hard rule we don't fudge on.

149x32x4mm is the footprint, stainles steel 304 throughout, and the 130° opening angle is tighter than some 180° claims we've seen—basically, it's better than the cheap zinc alternatives for load-bearing applications, and the square corner design means no sloppy gaps in reveal.

We usually have stock in SSS, PVD, or rose gold, but the PSS and AB finishes can take 20 days or so (check lead time on those). It's not suited for doors under 37mm thick—you'll get binding at the hinge barrel—and teh max door width is 1000mm, so don't push it on a double-wide pantry.

MOQ is 100 pairs, standard packging is 1 pair per white box with 20 to a carton, and we include COA with HPLC data —most buyers go with the PVD finish for scratch resistnce, but the rose gold is actually easier to clean.
Our standard MOQ is 100 pairs. For first-time buyers we can sometimes negotiate a lower trial quantity, but that depends on stock availability. Reach out to us directly and we'll see what we can do.
Yes, we can provide a mill certificate for the SS304 material upon request. Just let us know at the time of order and we'll include it with the shipment.
We offer SSS, PSS, AB, AC, SB, PVD, and Rose Gold as standard finishes. Custom PVD colors or RAL matching are possible but usually require a larger quantity than MOQ and a bit longer lead time. Contact us with your specific color code and we'll quote accordingly.
For a 500-pair order in Rose Gold, lead time is usually around 15-20 working days after order confirmation. This includes production and standard packaging. If you need it faster, we can discuss rush options.
Each hinge pair goes into a white box, then 20 pairs per carton. Cartons are sturdy enough for sea freight. For long-term storage, keep them in a dry, ventilated area away from moisture to avoid any surface reaction.
