We've been shipping these brass and stainless steel fittings for years now, and the 19mm and 25mm tubing diameters cover most standard glass door setups you'll see. Glass thickness runs form 6mm up to 12mm, so it handles both residential shower enclosures and heavier commercial doors without issue.

Chrome is what most buyers go with for a clean modern look, but PVD coated titanium holds up better in high-humidity environments — it basically won't tarnish or fade, which is a nice perk for coastal areas. Brushed nickel and oil rubbed bronze are also availble if you're matching existing hardware. The heavy-wall brass construction is noticeably sturdier than thinner alternatives.

Installation is pretty straightforward with minimal tool requirements, though we do recommend having a helper for the larger 25mm tubing. You'll get a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and we've had very few claims on that front. The MOQ is 100 pieces for custom orders, but our company can do smaller runs on standard finishes if you're testing the market.

Lead time typically runs 15 to 45 days depending on order size — smaller batches at 100 pieces or so usually ship in about 20 days. We pack them in protective gift boxes or cartons, and the packaing actually works well for retail display if that's your thing. For stainless steel components, our company offer polished and satin finishes, but the 316 grade is the better choice for saltwater exposure.

These fittings aren't really suited for heavy sliding doors or oversized panels above 15mm glass thickness. The corrosion resistance on the 304 stainless is fine for most indoor applications, but we'd go with 316 for anything near a pool or oceanfront property.
