High Performance 120mm Diamond Saw Blade for Hard Concrete and Brick Cutting

I've seen contractors on job sites where they're running through reinforced concrete all day, and what they really need is something that won't glaze over or lose segments mid-cut—we've had those calls about inconsistent batches form other suppilers, and it's why we run every production lot through a 5-minute burst test on high-torque grinder before it ships, plus we keep a 30-day retest policy if you're not satisfied with the first batch.

Teh 120mm diameter with a 22.23mm arbor hole fits most angle grinders and tuck point tools, and the 9 TC teeth on a 20mm segment height—that's depth you get before the steel core touches—are laser welded at a bond strength that typically holds up better than sintered blades we've tested, though we don't have the exact ISO weld rating on hand for every batch but can pull a COA within a day or so.

It's pretty much a wet-or-dry blade, so you can use it for brick or masonry without water, but for hard concrete with rebar you'll want to run it wet to keep heat down and extend life—most buyers go with the 5L drum of coolant, actually, but the blade itself handles dry fine for shorter runs; one limitation is that the grooving pattern isn't great for very soft stone (like limestone) where it tends to load up faster than a turbo rim would.

Anyway, we usually have about 50 units or so in stock for the 10-piece carton packging, but confirm lead time if you need more than that.
