We've been seeing a lot of interest from substation and industrial project teams lately, especially those working with large-scale transmission upgrades where cable sizes hit 2500mm² or more.
Teh whole range covers 48/66kV, 64/110kV, and 127/220kV with conductor sizes form 240mm² up to 3000mm² — that's a pretty wide sweep for most buyers. Partial discharge stays ≤5pC at rated voltge, which is actually tighter than what some field standdard call for, and thermal cycling endurance holds steady from -40°C to +90°C.
Seal pressrue is set at 0.25±0.01MPa over an hour and we've never seen leakage in routine testing. 90kV to 318kV power frequency withstand for 30 minutes depending on the rating you pick, and lightning impulse runs 450kV to 1050kV.
It's monolithic prefabricated so insulation, shielding, and stress cone arrive as one piece (usually 8-12 weeks lead time on larger diameters). The stress cone uses imported liquid silicone rubber, which gives better dielectric stability than some domestic alternatives in coastal environments.
What it does is basically drop in without field assembly of separate components — you'll get a compact insulated metal protection box that seals against industrial dust and salt spray. Not ideal for direct burial, but for substation or above-ground termination points it works well. We typically hold COA and partial discharge test records for each unit.
Our MOQ is typically 10 sets per voltage rating, but we can negotiate smaller quantities for first-time trial orders.
