The monolithic prefabricated structure combines insulation, shielding and stress cone in one piece, ensuring excellent electric field uniformity. The stress cone utilizes imported liquid silicone rubber for superior dielectric properties and long-term stability. The compact design features an insulated, magnetically isolated metal protection box that provides outstanding mechanical protection and environmental sealing.
Key applications include large-scale industrial plants, steel mills, power substations, and coastal installations where reliable high voltage connections are critical. The accessories are particularly suitable for harsh environments due to their robust construction and excellent sealing properties.
All products undergo rigorous testing including routine tests, sample tests, type tests, and pre-qualification tests according to international standards. The testing protocol includes partial discharge measurements, power frequency withstand voltage tests, and comprehensive sealing verification.
