We had a stuck suspension bolt on a Land Cruiser that the 250Nm gun wouldn't touch, and this thing cracked it loose without even breaking a sweat, which pretty much sold me on the 400Nm rating.
It's got a brushless motor 0-2,350 RPM and 0-3,200 impacts per minute, so you're looking at a no-load speed that's actually usable for both removal and snugging things back down, and the 1/2 inch drive is what you'd expect on heavy automotive work anyway.
You'll want an extra battery if you're doing a full brake job or a suspension swap, because the included 2.0Ah pack gets about 20 fasteners or so before it needs a charge, but the fast charger makes it tolerable (usually 30 minutes or less). It's not really suited for delicate assembly work with teh trigger — better to step down to the 250Nm model for that.
Also, the whole kit with two batteries, charger, and the case came in under what most single-tool competitors sell for, and CE/ROHS certs cover our liability paperwork. our company can get MOQ of 10 units with OEM branding if that becomes a thing later.
It delivers 400Nm (295 ft-lbs) of nut-busting torque. That’s plenty for most passenger cars and light trucks, but for heavy-duty commercial trucks you might want something with a bit more muscle.
The included 2.0Ah packs are good for light to medium use—maybe 30-40 lug nuts per charge. If you’re running it all day on a job site, we’d suggest grabbing a couple of higher-capacity 4.0Ah or 5.0Ah batteries separately.
Yes, we include CE and RoHS certificates in every shipment. Just let your sales contact know you need them, and we’ll make sure they’re packed with the tools.
For OEM/ODM orders—logo printing on the tool, custom case, and packaging—lead time is typically 25-35 days after sample approval. MOQ for custom branding is usually 500 units per model.
The included case is a standard blow-molded plastic case—fine for storage and light transport. If you’re tossing it in a truck bed every day, we’d recommend upgrading to a soft bag or metal box for better protection.
