We've been shipping quite a few of these lately, and that 900kg frame really does make a difference with hardwoods—it just doesn't chatter at full RPM. The MJ6132YIIIA model handles panels up to 3200mm on the sliding table, and you can drop to 375mm optional width if your shop's tight on space.
height goes to 80mm standdard or 100mm for thicker stock, but honestly 80mm covers most plywood jobs out there. Main saw speed is adjustable across 3000, 4000, or 5000 RPM, and scoring saw runs fixed at 7000—gives those chip-free edges you want on melamine.
You'll want to keep teh blade tilt between 45° and 90° for bevel cuts; we usually recommend 5.5KW main motor for continuous use (1.1KW on the scoring side is standard). It's basically CNC-controlled, so you set parameters and let it run.
Customiaztion isn't a problem—we've swapped spindle diameters for 30mm main and 20mm scoring before, but confirm your blade specs with us first. Just a heads-up, it's not ideal for ripping thick dimensional lumber; the sliding table is really dialed in for sheet goods.
Weight comes in at about 900kg packed—give or take—and shiping splits into two crates: one at 2150x1250x1130mm for the machine and another for the table extension at 3250x450x300mm. Lead time is usually 30 days or so, but we've got CE and ISO certs on hand for your customs guys.
