Heavy Duty Sliding Table Saw with 4500-6000 RPM Blade Speed for Woodworking

We've got a lot of shops asking about large panels cleanly without chipping—specifically for cabinet doors or laminate-faced boards—and the issue is usually the blade speed or the scoring unit lagging behind. What this does is hit that main blade at 4500 to 6000 RPM, which is a pretty wide band, and the scoring blade spins faster, 6000-8000 RPM, so you get a clean edge on both sides before teh main cut even starts.

The sliding table is 3200 by 375mm, which is long enough for most standdard sheet goods, and whole machine tilts form -45 to 45 degrees for bevel cuts. It's not light, about 750kg, but that mass helps with vibration when you're pushing through dense hardwoods or thick MDF. The maximum depth is 75mm, so it'll handle a stacked glue-up or a 3-inch beam without a second pass—though honestly, for anything thicker than that, you'd want a bandsaw.

Power comes from a 5.5kW main motor and a 1.1kW scoring motor, both running on 380V three-phase, so make sure your shop has that line. The control is hydraulic semi-automatic, which basically means you set the stroke and it handles the return—pretty much a time-saver for repetitive cuts. We usually have these in stock, but the lead time on the CE certifcation paperwork can add 10 days or so if you need it for inspection.

One thing most buyers don't think to ask is the table height—it's 870mm, which is actually a bit lower than some European models, so if your operators are tall, you might want a platform. The package dimensoins are 3250 by 1100 by 1250mm, so you'll need a forklift and a clear bay for unloading—it's not a two-man job. Anyway, it's better than a lot of the Chinese sliding saws for precision on the fence alignment, but the hydraulic system can be finicky if the oil gets cold in winter.
