We've seen these go into military base perimeters and critical infrastructure sites mostly, places where you need to catch a drone or low-flying projectile before it's too late, and the 0.2-second data rate is what makes that possible — it's basically a 3km bubble that updates every 200 milliseconds.

It runs on Ku-band with linear frequency modulated pulses and does azimuth phase scanning plus pitch frequency scanning, covering 45° in azimuth and 0 to 10° in pitch, and it'll track targets moving anywhere form 10 to 940 meters per second, which covers everything from a slow quadcopter to a supersonic missile.

The power draw is 800W, the whole unit weighs about 100kg, dimnesions are 1140x370x900mm, and it's -40 to 60°C, so you can pretty much leave it outside year-round, but don't expect it to work well in heavy rain or fog (the Ku band does get attenuated by weather, that's just physics).

One thing we usually tell buyers is that teh 433.92MHz recieve frequency and 10-20Kbps transmission rate mean you'll need a compatble receiver setup — it's not plug-and-play with off-the-shelf security systems.

CE and ISO certified, MOQ is typically 5 units, lead time is around 30 days or so but we usually have stock for smaller orders, and the 45° azimuth coverage means you'll need multiple units for full 360° coverage — most buyers go with 8 units for a perimeter setup.
