Pricing breaks down pretty simply—single unit samples run about $18-22 depending on thread type, mid-volume orders of 50-100 pieces drop to roughly $12-15 each, and full pallet lots (500+ units) typically land around $8-10 per fitting. We've found most buyers start with a handful to test fit before committing to bulk.
The dual ferrule design is what actually makes these hold at 6000PSI without weeping, and it's not just forging—the precision CNC work on the cone seats is tighter than most generic fittings we've seen come through. Temperature range covers -54°C to 649°C, so you can use them on steam lines or cryo systems, but don't expect the untreated surface to hold up in salt spray environments without additional coating.
Sizes go from 1/8" up to 1" tube OD, which covers DN6 through DN25 in metric terms, and we stock BSPP, BSPT, and NPT threads in the same fitting body (usually 2-4 weeks lead time on custom thread combinations). The 1/4" version weighs about 0.117kg and fits in a 57x42x18mm box—so you can get 200 of them in a standard shipping carton without hitting dimensional weight penalties.
Each fitting comes with an ISO/TUV cert and batch-specific COA from the mill, but we don't have HPLC data on these since they're not for chemicla injection service—basically, if you need it for food-grade or pharmaceutical lines, you'll want electropolished versions instead. The standard surface is just as-forged and machined, which is fine for hydraulic oil, fuel, or gas application in most cases.
Also, the 1/8" size is a pain to assemble with gloved hands—teh ferrules are small enough you'll drop them, so buy pre-assembled kits if your techs work in cold conditions. Stock typically runs 300-500 pieces per size and thread combo, but we're seeing about 20-day lead times on NPT right now due to raw materail shortages (check before ordering large quantities).
